We are currently carrying out an update on our Delivery Report system to seperate pending orders from finalized orders.

This has become neccessary to ensure that orders that have issues are spotted on time by our team and given prompt attention without requiring you to notify us about the transactions.

While the update is going on, some delivery report records might be inaccessible, however, this will not impact the actual delivery of the orders.

We expect to complete the update on/before Friday, 10th November, 2023.
